I recently attended an insane class in Virginia Beach’s Warings Gym. The class combines spinning with TRX Suspension straps and other fun activities. I was intrigued and challenged by these straps which are anchored to steel beams in the gym’s ceiling. (At home you can anchor to your ceiling’s studs or any door).
As with any workout, it’s 80% diet and 20% activity. What I like about these straps is that you can take them anywhere, they are lightweight, and use your own bodyweight for resistance. I highly recommend them as a primary means of fitness or to supplement your freeweight training. Variety is good and it can keep you going longer.
