A buddy of mine is a prison guard in Los Angeles where all weights have been removed for safety and cost savings. In order to occupy their time and stay in shape, prisoners will do 1,000 burpees daily. I tried to do 100 and struggled. It’s an impressive workout that you can do almost anywhere.
Start slow and try to do 5 sets of 10 on Day 1. Then increase to 10 sets of 10. Try to increase the number of sets each day and you’ll get to 1,000 in no time.
